Middle School Office Hours
Reminder: Parents must send an email to the teacher before the student attends office hours. This allows the teacher to prepare for the student's visit and clarifies that the parents are aware of the student's attendance at office hours.

Language Arts - Wednesdays and Thursdays 7:45-8:15 a.m.

Math - Tuesdays and Wednesdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Science - Thursdays 7:15-8:15 a.m.

Social Studies - Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Art - Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 p.m.

Music - Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

PE - Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Spanish - Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Drama - Day 2 before or after school

Library - Mondays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Modigliani portraits for the auction poster.

I hope you all enjoyed seeing your eighth grader's graphic novels and Calder mobiles at project fair. I think they all did a great job. The Calder mobiles will be hanging up in the atrium all year in case you missed it.

Today we looked at the very somber and serious portraits of Amedeo Modigliani and the students drew their own self-portraits in his style. The different results always amaze me and I think everyone experiences success with this project. When they are done I group them together and make a class poster that will be for sale just before the auction. Here are a couple of samples. Enjoy and happy holidays!
